One Year: Toasty Coconut Granola.
Homemade Brown Sugar
Recipe from Joy the Baker
Yields 1 cup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp molasses
In a bowl, combine sugar and molasses. Use a mixer or a fork to mash and stir the molasses into the sugar. If you find yourself questioning if it’s going to work, please know you’re almost there. Keep mixing and mashing until the molasses is completely incorporated, then use in whatever recipe your heart desires! Keep in an airtight container.
