I’m Kelsey. Cook. Writer. Reader. Eater.
I’m a girl with many faces: foodie, feminist, yogi, storyteller, introvert, extrovert, academic, wallflower, and avocado enthusiast. I really like to laugh. I mean, cackle. I mean, giggle. I mean, let’s tell popsicle stick/that’s what she said jokes and eat cookies and be friends.
I’m a girl from many places. My wandering heart has scattered pieces everywhere it has been: all over Canada, a few places in Europe, and throughout the Northeast, the Southeast, and the Midwest.
The recipes you find here are the complement to my busy world of balance and social interest ft. my interest in yoga and mindfulness and all the dreams I plan to realize in this dizzying, miraculous world.
I found peace eating these in bed. I found magic learning to make a roux. I found perspective staring at the world upside down. I found happiness when chocolate and sea salt met.
